Shipping Policy

Delivery Time:

We ship all orders via Canada Post Expedited Parcel or UPS. A tracking number will be provided to you at time of shipping. We process all orders during regular business hours (M-F 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time). We will make our best efforts to ship your order in a timely manner however delays do occasionally occur beyond the control of BramaLifestyles.ca. Please note that some items may need to be ordered from the manufacturer which may cause additional delays.


Multiple Package Shipments:

Although we make every attempt to ship all orders complete, sometimes it may be necessary to break up orders in two or more packages or into multiple shipments.


Freight Bound Shipments:

Items that are too large to qualify for our standard shipping rates will be shipped via freight carrier. BramaLifestyles.ca has established discounted rates with various Canadian freight carriers and will arrange your shipment door-to-door if you wish. In any event, you will always be notified of freight charges before your order is processed so that you can approve them.


Delivery Address Accuracy:

In order to ship your package, we require a complete street address with postal code to insure that you get prompt delivery. We are not responsible for shipments that are delayed, lost, or misdirected due to an inaccurate address being provided. BramaLifestyles.ca will not be responsible if additional shipping charges are accrued because of incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a problem with a shipping address is discovered, we will attempt to contact you and correct the problem however it is ultimately your responsibility to provide us with accurate information.


Damaged, Lost Or Short Shipments

Damaged, lost or short shipments should be reported to us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt of product) so that we can re-ship the merchandise and/or register a damage claim with the appropriate carrier. Please do not accept packages that are obviously opened or damaged. Keep damaged goods and containers exactly as they were delivered until you're advised otherwise.

Make sure to inspect all freight-bound shipments prior to accepting the contents for any damage. Report damage directly to the delivery person and clearly mark the bill of lading as "DAMAGED". All damaged shipments must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Report all damaged shipments to: customerservice@bramainc.com.



Return Terms & Conditions

At Brama Lifestyles, our main priority is ensuring your complete satisfaction. That means if something is wrong with your order or if you're not happy with your purchase, just let us know and we'll try to make it right. If that's not possible and you decide you want to return what you've purchased, contact us to arrange for a return.

Please note return conditions below:

  • All items returned must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, within 14 days of purchase.
  • Products and components must not show signs of use, abuse or misuse. That means the product shouldn't have been modified in any way or be dirty, cracked, dented scratched, cut or damaged.
  • All items may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • All in stock items may be approved for straight exchange or for store credit.
  • All custom/special order items are considered final sale and will not be accepted for return for any reason.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless you had to return the product because of our error. For additional information, just contact us.

For Prompt And Accurate Credit On Returned Merchandise Follow These Steps:

  • Contact our Customer Service Department by email to get a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Be sure to write the RA number clearly on all packages being returned. If the RA number is not clearly written on your package, the shipment will be not be accepted.
  • Include a short explanation of why you're returning the item and a copy of the invoice in the package so that we can properly credit your account.
  • All returns will be issued as store credit.
  • No credit will be issued for returns that have been altered or abused (as described above).
  • No freight collect or COD returns will be accepted. Send all returns prepaid and insured for the current value of the product.
